Digital Unite specialise in supporting older people to use digital technologies from internet & email to social networking & blogs. They have a network of Tutors throughout the UK who are specially selected and trained to deliver digital skillls training.
They also hold an annual Silver Surfers' Day is an annual day when events are run around the UK for older people to learn about the internet from tutors in all walks of online life.

Age UK provides support for both the elderly and anyone living with or working with elderly people. It has advice on money matters, health and wellbeing, travel & lifestyle, and home & care.
Age UK also has a list of forums that have been created via the Speaking Up for Our Age programme. There are more than 620 older peoples local forums in the UK.

Do-it was launched in 2001 with the first national database of volunteering opportunities in the UK. Do-it is part of the registered charity YouthNet, a non-profit-makingorganisation.
You can become a Do-it partner which means you can register your volunteering opportunities on their database.
